A master networker and connector,

John brings a unique combination of skills and experience to Brilliant Sales Strategies. With over 22 years in the retail banking industry, and a BA in organizational leadership from Eastern University, he has strategized with hundreds of small and medium size businesses as well as non-profits.

His tips and techniques have helped organizations differentiate themselves from their competitors, improve their sales abilities and company culture, launching them on the path to success. His approaches to leadership, teambuilding, and creative initiatives are valued assets in high demand within the Greater Philadelphia area. He is highly regarded as one of the most well-connected businesspeople in the region.

His non-profit background includes Chairing The Main Line Chamber of Commerce Foundation, recently completing a 9-year term as a Main Line Chamber of Commerce board member. While there, he developed the Main Line Chamber's Non-Profit Roundtable and is a past Chairman of the Ardmore Initiative. He has also served at the Executive Director of the Delaware County Community Foundation.

In 2010, he founded Homers for Hope - a charity formed to assist local families, who have suffered a tragic event. His work in the community has been recognized by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce (2018 Presidents Award and the 2009 F. Carl Schauffele Award for community service) and the Exton Regional Chamber of Commerce (2019 Chairman's Award.) He has also received national media attention for the Ardmore Downtown Dollars program (2011.)

John enjoys sports, cooking, music, volunteer work and traveling with his wife. A life-long student of leadership, business strategy and customer excellence, John understands the value of a great partnerships with motivated leaders who want to create incredible experiences for their customers and guests.
